.....::::: NEVER TOO BUSY :::::.....

On numerous occasions, I have heard about people trying their best to fix their situations themselves. Why? How come? They felt like their problem was too small for God or that He probably had so much more to do than to listen to their prayers. So with a smile, I say, "that is so wrong". In Luke 9:10, 11 Jesus had tried to get away and withdraw to a town called Bethsaida with His disciples. But a crowd found out where He was going and followed Him. Instead of getting annoyed because He was interrupted, Jesus welcomed the people and ministered to their needs. My question to you is when others need you; are you too busy? When you are doing ministry, are you too busy for those who need 1 second of your time? Jesus is never too busy for you...so why are you too busy for others? No one is too busy in this world. It's all about priorities. Is helping others and caring for them one of your priorities? Forgive me for asking...
Luke 9:10, 11 - "When the apostles returned, they reported to Jesus what they had done. Then He took them with Him and they withdrew by themselves to a town called Bethsaida, but the crowds learned about it and followed Him. He welcomed them and spoke to them about the kingdom of God, and healed those who needed healing."

.....::::: THE NEGLECTED PRIORITY :::::.....

In the Bible, God had given the Jews the assignment to finish the temple in Jerusalem when they returned from captivity. After 15 years, they still had not completed it. They were more concerned about building their own homes than finishing God's work. Haggai of course told them to get their priorities straight. We tend to make other priorities more important than doing God's work. But God wants us to follow and build up His kingdom. Don't stop and don't make excuses. Set your heart on what is right and do it. What is most important to you? Where is God on your list of priorities? Forgive me for asking...
Haggai 1:9 - “You expected much, but see, it turned out to be little. What you brought home, I blew away. Why?” declares the Lord Almighty. “Because of my house, which remains a ruin, while each of you is busy with your own house."
